Precision Refinishing (PR) is the premier bathroom and kitchen refinishing company in the Sacramento and surrounding areas. We have been refinishing/reglazing bathtubs, showers, countertops/vanities and sinks for over 13 years. PR specializes in residential homes, apartment complexes, hotels/motels and other commercial establishments working closely with realtors, investors and landlords. Due to the size and volume of our refinishing business, we are able to pass on savings to our customers and offer discounts to those who have multiple fixtures refinished at the same time. For all our investors and landlords, we provide documents for all tenants to read and sign explaining the proper care of fixtures that are refinished, and any abuse or damage caused by the tenants authorizes the landlords or managers to charge and/or deduct, from their deposit, the cost of repairs. Once the tenant signs and acknowledges receipt, it is very rare that any issues or disputes arise between the parties.
